Appointments must be cancelled and/or rescheduled no later than 6pm the day prior to avoid a $25 rebooking fee.  

No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

If you are 15 or more minutes late to a scheduled appointment, The Red Stiletto reserves the right to cancel the appointment and/or appointments.  You may be subject to be charged 100% of the service.

Children under 12 are not permitted into the salon unless they are receiving a service.

We kindly ask that if you are receiving a haircut, color, extension, facial, wax, lash, or any other salon service, that you do not bring a guest to your scheduled appointment.

Guests receiving makeup and/or special event hair services, may bring a guest.

All deposits are non-refundable.

All deposits are non-transferable to a different day and/or appointment.

All travel fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different day.

Appointments scheduled to take place on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday must be cancelled a minimum of 14 days prior to the scheduled appointment time or you are subject to be charged the full price of each scheduled service.

Appointments scheduled to take place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday must be cancelled a minimum of 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment time or you are subject to be charged the full price of each scheduled service.

A credit card must be kept on file and is subject to be charged for cancelled services.

If you are 15 or more minutes late to a scheduled appointment, The Red Stiletto reserves the right to cancel the appointment and/or appointments.  The full payment amount will be due and may be auto-charged to the card on file.
