Hey, girl! I’m Erin! I always knew I wanted a career that would challenge me with new tasks everyday. Although I loved the fast paced environment of being a Starbucks barista during school, I knew I wanted something more gratifying through my work. Being a stylist at The Red Stiletto gives me that challenge, along with the ability to help others feel beautiful and confident each day.

Personally, I love scrolling for a ridiculous amount of time on TikTok and other social media platforms. With the use of social media constantly on the rise, I completely understand the pressure us women have to always look amazing, but still be yourself. I love creating looks that will allow you to take a gorgeous Instagram pic at a moments notice!

I absolutely love creating dimensional color with brighter highlights, rich-toned lowlights, or a gorgeous balayage by embracing your natural color with a lived in feel.  However, what I truly try to specialize in, is listening intently to my clients and making them feel as comfortable as I possibly can.  Visiting a new salon can definitely be overwhelming.  I strive to build a real relationship with my guests beyond the chair!  Creating a safe space for you to come relax and let go of any stressors in your life for a little while, is what makes my day. 

As someone who personally has compared myself to the latest Instagram models and trends, I know how hard it can be to build up confidence when us regular women don’t look quite like the silky haired and airbrushed influencers. In our very appearance centered society, it’s super easy to start feeling down on yourself while constantly comparing to all of the media we consume in a single day. I went into this industry wanting to help women feel their very best selves. Whether the appointment is for a total transformative service, or a regular maintenance trim, I strive to always have my guests leaving beautiful, refreshed, and confident.

When I'm not at the salon, you can usually find me hanging with my 4 cats and binging some TV shows at home or doing an insane amount of online shopping!  I’m a total sucker for a good sale.  And because I know you'll ask, a cold brew with toffee nut and oat milk is my favorite drink from Starbucks.
