- Unlimited time off Sunday - Friday.
- 40+ hour consecutive work weeks aren't a thing around here. We truly believe in having the time off to spend the money that you make. And we have systems in place to prove that it is possible to work part time & make a very full time wage in our industry!
- Our artists work together to cross promote services between our hair, skin, lash, & makeup artists. When our guests become loyal for all of their services, it means less work & more money for you.
- We have multiple industry educators among our staff. The answer to your question is likely just a chair away!
- Only an 8 week training period between you & your very own guests in your chair! This may seem short, but we guarantee you'll be set up for the best success without waiting months to build your clientele.
- Benchmarks, not a set amount of time, to graduate our program. Your time as an Apprentice is in your hands!
- Hourly & Commission pay.
- Gradually decrease your hourly pay & become full commission, so that there is no lapse in income, like many other salons.
- Earn up to $25 an hour, day one!
- A Retirement Savings Plan with a 3% company match.
- Our Apprentice program will have you set up for ultimate success, in weeks, not months.
- We attract the brides, you retain them for in-salon services, like haircuts, color, facials, & more.
- We have proven systems for quick & long term success. We believe the secret to success in this industry isn't just about great services, it's about organization, branding, & intentional marketing. We're going to teach you how to do that & so much more!
